classical border moulding

A classical border moulding is a slim-profile polyurethane decorative strip element that runs horizontally or as a frame on the wall surface and divides the surface. It is worked with classical-style repeating motifs; it is used to separate two different finishes or colours on a wall, to form a panel border and to draw a waist-height strip. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being lighter than its plaster and wood equivalents, it is easily mounted in long strips and does not deteriorate in damp spaces. Since it is mould-produced, the motif continues with the same repeat on every piece. Polure produces the classical border moulding in different width and motif options.
