Polyurethane Arch And Jamb

A polyurethane arch and jamb is a polyurethane frame set where straight jamb profiles surrounding the edge of window and door openings are used together with the curved arch above. The jamb casings the sides of the opening while the arch forms the upper curve; it is used indoors and outdoors around windows and doors. The polyurethane material is light and is applied directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted. On a facade it is not affected by moisture and temperature change as much as plaster. Because it is cast in a mould, the jamb and arch profiles share the same section and pattern, so the joints sit cleanly. Polure produces matching polyurethane arches and jambs in compatible sizes.
