polyurethane door arch

Polure door arch is an arch-shaped polyurethane decorative frame placed over the top of a door opening. It is used at interior entrances and passages to turn a straight door opening into a curved line or to emphasise the top of the door. The polyurethane material is lightweight and fixed directly to the wall with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell and can be painted. Unlike a wood arch it is unaffected by humidity, and compared to plaster it is lighter and more break-resistant. Because it is mould-cast, the curve and surface details stay identical on every piece, ensuring a symmetrical join. Polure produces the door arch in different span and profile options.
