Decorative Polyurethane Round Arch Model with Keystone

Introduce the P1456D95VID, a structural-looking decorative round arch featuring an integrated central keystone. This architectural element offers an elegant transition for doorways, windows, and passageways, instantly elevating both residential and commercial spaces with its classic semi-circular geometry.

With dimensions of 170 mm in width, a 1350 mm span, and a 771 mm rise, this medium-to-large scale trim is engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³). Its closed-cell structure provides low water absorption (below 1%), helping prevent warping, cracking, or rot under humidity fluctuations, with dimensional stability tested between -20 °C and +70 °C.

Visually, the arch boasts a clean, multi-layered classical profile that channels traditional Roman architecture. The smooth, sweeping curves lead up to a prominent trapezoidal keystone at the apex, which acts as a focal point, breaking the monotony of plain walls and adding depth to structural openings.

This versatile molding is ideal for framing arched entrance doors, highlighting circular windows on historical facades, or defining open-plan hallway transitions in luxury villas and boutique hotels. Since it is fully compatible with outdoor applications, it can be installed on exterior walls to create grand porticos or sophisticated garden patio entrances.

Compared to heavy plaster or high-maintenance timber, this lightweight alternative is exceptionally easy to handle and install. The process involves preparing a dry surface, making precise 45-degree miter cuts if needed, and bonding with polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive combined with mechanical screw fastening. The factory-applied primer prepares the surface for painting, though an optional additional primer is recommended by paint manufacturers for warranty coverage.

Once filled, sanded, and coated with two layers of water-based or synthetic paint (UV-resistant paint is mandatory for exterior use), this durable archway trim delivers a seamless, high-end finish that requires minimal upkeep over decades of use.
