Polyurethane Decorative Archway Frame with Keystone

The P1456D44VIB decorative archway frame is an architect-grade structural element designed to bring classical geometry and refined depth to transition spaces. Featuring a perfectly symmetrical semi-circular curve topped with a detailed acanthus leaf keystone, this architectural trim softens sharp interior and exterior lines. It serves as an ideal solution for framing high-end doorways, hallway passages, and window arches, transforming ordinary transitions into grand, classical portals.

Engineered from premium rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³, this archway offers the structural presence of hardwood while remaining remarkably lightweight. Measuring 211 mm in depth, 840 mm in width, and 420 mm in height, its dimensions are perfectly balanced for standard residential and commercial portals. With a closed-cell microstructure, it absorbs less than 1% moisture, ensuring zero swelling, rot, or warping over time, even in humid environments or direct exposure to weather.

Visually, the P1456D44VIB stands out due to its dual-texture composition. The main archway body features a smooth, unadorned curved profile that directs the eye upward to the central apex. At the crown sits a beautifully sculpted keystone adorned with a high-relief acanthus leaf motif, blending neoclassical elegance with minimalist restraint. This balance allows the piece to integrate seamlessly into both baroque restorations and transitional modern interiors without overwhelming the surrounding decor.

This versatile trim is highly recommended for luxury hospitality, historical renovations, and upscale residential projects. Indoors, it creates defined zones in open-concept layouts, framing dining room entrances, hotel lobbies, or corridor transitions. Outdoors, when coated with UV-resistant paint, it serves as a majestic window pediment or front door arch, elevating the facade of classical villas and commercial storefronts.

Compared to heavy gypsum plaster or moisture-sensitive timber, this polyurethane alternative is shatterproof, highly durable, and significantly easier to install. The product arrives with a factory-applied primer that prepares the surface for paint adhesion. Installation requires preparing a clean, dry surface, applying polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive, and securing the frame mechanically with screws. Once the joints are filled with outdoor-grade putty, sanded, and coated with your preferred paint, it delivers a seamless, monolithic appearance.
