Polyurethane Column Base

Polure polyurethane column bases provide architectural stability and classical style for interior and exterior pillars. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these hollow decorative bases deliver wood-like mechanical durability and impact resistance while remaining lightweight for simple positioning around structural cores. Featuring a closed-cell polymer structure with water absorption under 1%, they will not rot, swell, warp, or crumble in wet environments, making them ideal for entrance porches, gardens, and interior lobbies. With dimensional stability tested between -20 °C and +70 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, they arrive pre-coated with factory white acrylic technical primer. Important: Polure column bases are purely decorative and NON-LOAD-BEARING; structural column loads must be borne by an internal steel post. Never pour concrete inside the hollow base. Install using continuous PU assembly adhesive and countersunk screws. Lightly sand (180-220 grit) prior to applying topcoat paint.
