Villa exterior is the general usage category of polyurethane decorative surrounds, sills, columns, cornices and reliefs used on the exterior facade of villas. To frame door and window openings, create string courses and add detailing to the facade, these pieces are used together. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly to the facade with dowel-supported mounting adhesive; it resists moisture, frost and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted with exterior paint. Being lighter than its stone and plaster equivalents, it adds no load to the facade and speeds up installation. Because it is mould-produced, all facade pieces repeat in the same profile and size.
