The window framing system incorporates specialized surround profiles including P1454, P1456, P1458, P1459, P1460, P14D30, P14D40, and P14D50 mouldings. To accommodate the arched window geometries on the upper floor levels, precision-cast rounded arch units such as P1456D230VI, P14D30D160VI, P14D40D200VI, P14D40D260VI, and P14D50D320VI are integrated smoothly with the vertical architrave sections. This modular window surround setup provides clean transition points between flat wall surfaces and recessed glazing units while preventing water ingress behind the trim.
Structural symmetry and vertical emphasis are established using P1455 and P5030B pilaster columns flanking the main entryway and supporting the balcony levels. These decorative pilasters cover structural concrete columns without adding significant weight to the foundation or wall assembly. Engineered for European climatic conditions, molded polyurethane profiles exhibit a closed-cell structure with water absorption below 1% and thermal stability between -100 °C / +80 °C. The material carries a B2 fire rating, making it suitable for modern residential facade applications.
Installation of polyurethane facade components relies on polyurethane-based construction adhesive combined with mechanical fasteners where wider profiles require additional support. Silicone adhesives are not recommended for load-carrying joints. Factory-applied primer coatings allow for immediate site painting using water-based or synthetic exterior paints, facilitating precise color matching across large architectural elevations.

The facade design uses a strict symmetrical grid to organize window openings across three levels. High-density polyurethane window surrounds create depth against the smooth rendered backdrop, while arched head mouldings articulate the top floor fenestration. P5030B pilasters anchor the central portal, providing visual support to the upper balconies. The horizontal string courses effectively delineate story levels, maintaining proportional balance throughout the building height.
