Mechanical Fastening: Secure the panel mechanically to the wall or frame using screws. Mechanical fixing with screws is mandatory to ensure structural safety while the adhesive cures. 5. Seamless Jointing: Fill all screw holes, joints, and seam lines with a high-quality joint putty (use exterior-grade putty for outdoor installations). 6. Sanding: Once the putty is completely dry, sand the filled areas smooth using 180-220 grit sandpaper. 7. Painting: Apply an optional primer matching your paint manufacturer's system, followed by two coats of premium water-based or synthetic paint.
