Luxury Pilaster Base
Polure luxury pilaster bases deliver elaborate classical molding profiles designed to anchor ornate high-end wall pilasters and grand portal surrounds. Molded from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these flat-backed bases provide wood-equivalent physical strength and high impact resistance, protecting pilaster bottoms from kicks, vacuums, and cleaning equipment. Their closed-cell structural body keeps water absorption strictly under 1%, ensuring they will not rot, swell, warp, or harbor mold in humid interiors or exterior applications. Rated B2 for fire safety and dimensional stability has been tested between -20 °C and +70 °C, each base arrives factory pre-primed with white acrylic technical primer. Installation requires dual fastening using polyurethane assembly adhesive and mechanical screws.
