Polyurethane Pilaster Column Capital Decorative Models

The P5014F architectural ornament serves as a premium decorative pilaster capital, designed to bring classical order and structural elegance to flat wall columns. Merging historical Greek and Roman Ionic aesthetics with modern material science, this element provides a sophisticated finishing touch for both interior pilasters and exterior building facades.

Engineered from high-density rigid polymer (PU) with a density of 150-220 kg/m³, this capital possesses a solid, wood-like hardness while remaining remarkably lightweight. With dimensions of 74 mm projection, 205 mm width, and 190 mm height, it offers a compact yet visually striking profile suitable for medium-scaled pilaster shafts. Its closed-cell structure guarantees a water absorption rate under 1%, protecting the component from rot, swelling, cracking, and insect damage, unlike traditional timber or plaster alternatives.

Visually, the P5014F showcases intricate relief work, featuring symmetrical double-volute scrolls that flank a central floral motif, supported by a row of stylized acanthus leaves at the base. This highly detailed carving creates deep shadows and elegant highlights, adding architectural depth to plain walls. The product is delivered with a factory-applied primer coat, preparing the surface for final painting with water-based or synthetic coatings.

This versatile pilaster capital is widely utilized in upscale residential and commercial projects. In interior spaces, it completes decorative wall columns in grand lobbies, dining rooms, and hallways. For exterior applications, it enhances entrance portals, window surrounds, and facade pilasters, provided it is finished with a UV-resistant paint to prevent discoloration.

Compared to heavy gypsum plaster or expensive hand-carved stone, this lightweight element facilitates a rapid and secure installation process. Mounting requires a clean, dry surface, the application of a high-quality polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive, and mechanical fastening with screws for safety. Joint filling, sanding, and optional priming complete the preparation before applying two coats of paint.
