decorative log bracket

A decorative log bracket is a polyurethane corbel element that supports a log or beam from below, giving the look of a rustic support. It is used at the ends of ceiling logs and beams and at the wall-to-beam joint to create a rustic support look. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied with construction adhesive and concealed screws; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell, or warp, and can be painted. Being far lighter than a real wood bracket, it puts no load on the wall or ceiling and is easy to install. Cast in a mould, the wood grain and details repeat identically on every piece.
