Exterior Facade Cladding

Exterior facade cladding is a polyurethane cladding material that covers a building's outer surface and adds texture, pattern or colour to the facade. It is applied in panel and plate form to cover the facade surface fully or in sections. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed to the facade with mounting adhesive and mechanical fasteners. It resists moisture, rain and UV; it does not crack, blister or rot and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure. Because it is mould-produced, the surface texture repeats identically on each piece and texture continuity is kept between panels.
