Classic Facade Ornamentation

Classic facade ornamentation describes the dressing of a building's exterior with traditional architectural elements. On the facades of villas, apartment blocks and commercial buildings it is achieved using window surrounds, floor moulding bands, cornices and columns. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure. The material resists moisture, frost and impact; it does not crack, blister or peel and can be painted with exterior paint. Compared with plaster or stone alternatives, it installs quickly and is easy to transport. As it is mould-cast, the profiles and decorative details repeat identically on every piece.
