Classic Facade Trim Elements

Classic facade trim elements is the collective name for the pieces used to dress a building's exterior in a traditional architectural style. It covers elements such as surrounds, moulding bands, cornices, columns, sills and arches, applied around windows, along floor lines and beneath eaves. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure. The material resists moisture, frost and impact; it does not crack, blister or peel and can be painted. Compared with plaster or stone alternatives, it installs quickly and is easy to carry. Because it is mould-cast, the decorative detail repeats identically on every piece. Polure produces classic facade trim elements in various sizes and profiles.
