Classical Exterior Facade Decoration

Classical exterior facade decoration is the arrangement of a building's exterior with classical architectural elements. A symmetrical facade appearance is achieved using surrounds around windows and doors, mouldings and cornices along facade lines, and columns, arches and brackets at entrances and corners. These elements are mould-cast from exterior-grade polyurethane; the material is lightweight and fixed with adhesive and dowels. It resists moisture, frost and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure. Because it is mould-cast, the profiles and motifs repeat identically along the facade. Polure produces classical exterior facade decoration elements in a range of sizes and profile options.
