Polyurethane Curved Segment Arch Frame Profile

The P1465D552VO is a high-density architectural curved arch profile designed to elevate transition zones, window frames, and entryways with structural sophistication. Perfectly proportioned at 133x1194x353 mm, this specialized molding transitions flat, rigid lines into graceful, smooth curves, creating a refined focal point for both modern and classical buildings.

Manufactured from premium rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³, this curved profile delivers the solid feel and durability of hardwood without the associated weight or susceptibility to decay. Its closed-cell structure guarantees excellent moisture resistance, maintaining its dimensional stability under fluctuating temperatures from -20 °C / +70 °C without cracking, warping, or shrinking over time.

Featuring a stepped, multi-layered profile with a deep concave center sweep, the design captures light beautifully to define spatial depth. The smooth factory-primed surface offers a pristine canvas, ensuring seamless paint adhesion for water-based or synthetic finishes to match your interior or exterior color palette effortlessly.

Highly versatile, this architrave is perfect for framing arched windows, creating majestic doorway headers, or defining grand interior corridors and vestibules. It performs exceptionally well on exterior facades when coated with UV-resistant paint, making it a preferred choice for residential villas, boutique hotels, and upscale commercial entrances.

Unlike heavy plaster or moisture-prone wood, this lightweight architectural trim minimizes structural load and simplifies installation. The process involves precise alignment, applying a high-quality polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive, securing with mechanical fasteners, and finishing with a lightweight filler before applying your preferred topcoat.
