classic wall column
A classic wall column is a polyurethane decorative element in the form of a wall-mounted half column or pilaster. On interior and façade walls it is used for vertical partitioning, framing and classical-order emphasis. It usually consists of base, shaft and capital parts. The polyurethane material is lightweight and bonds directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Being far lighter than stone and wood alternatives, it installs quickly and does not warp in damp areas. Because it is cast from a mould, the fluting and capital detail comes out the same on every piece. Polure produces classic wall columns in a range of sizes and styles.
