Polyurethane Decorative Pilaster Column Wall Panel

The P5040WP flat architectural pillar is a premium structural element designed to introduce classical depth and clean geometry to flat wall surfaces. Serving as a majestic vertical accent, this product breaks up monotonous wall spans, bringing a refined classical order to both modern and traditional architectural projects.

Engineered with precise dimensions of 43 mm in thickness, 403 mm in width, and a grand 2400 mm in height, this flat column profile offers substantial visual presence. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), it replicates the structural weight and tactile feel of solid timber while remaining moisture-resistant and less prone to rotting, warping, and insect damage.

Visually, the P5040WP features an elegant recessed panel motif with sharp, crisp profiles and a flawlessly smooth face. Its symmetrical design details make it an ideal choice for framing grand entryways, creating mock structural columns along corridors, or anchoring comprehensive boiserie wall paneling installations.

This versatile architectural component excels in high-end residential living rooms, luxury hotel lobbies, corporate boardrooms, and exterior facades. Its generous 40.3 cm width makes it a perfect focal point when installed in pairs to flank fireplaces, large mirrors, or primary entrance portals.

Installation is straightforward and efficient. By utilizing a high-quality polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive combined with mechanical screw fastening, the pillar is permanently secured to the substrate. Compared to heavy gypsum plaster or expensive custom millwork, it offers swift, clean handling and significantly reduced labor times.

The product is delivered with a factory-applied matte primer that prepares the surface for final coating. While this base layer optimizes paint adhesion, applying an additional primer coat is optional and depends on the specific guidelines of your chosen paint manufacturer.
