Polyurethane Flat Panel Pilaster Column Wall Decor

The P5060WP is a premium architectural element designed to introduce structured depth and classical symmetry to both interior and exterior wall surfaces. Functioning as a flat-profile pilaster column, this product transforms plain vertical planes into refined architectural features. It serves as an excellent tool for architects and designers looking to establish a sense of grandeur and proportion in high-end residential or commercial projects.

Boasting substantial dimensions of 65 mm in depth, 605 mm in width, and a height of 2400 mm, this grand panel column is built from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³). This advanced material mimics the solid feel and impact resistance of traditional timber but remains lightweight and highly resistant to water and humidity. Its closed-cell structure prevents rot, swelling, and warping, ensuring the product retains its precise dimensions over decades of use.

Visually, the P5060WP features a clean, double-framed recessed rectangular profile. The flat center panel is bordered by subtle step-molding, creating a balanced three-dimensional relief that captures light and shadow beautifully. This minimalist yet classical design language allows it to integrate seamlessly into neoclassical, colonial, or contemporary architectural schemes without overwhelming the surrounding decor.

This versatile panel column is ideal for dividing expansive wall surfaces in hotel lobbies, spacious living rooms, and upscale restaurants. On exterior facades, it can be utilized to frame majestic entrance portals, flank grand doorways, or act as decorative support pillars under balconies and porches. Its wide 60.5 cm surface provides a strong vertical anchor that enhances the overall scale of any building facade.

The product arrives with a factory-applied primer, offering an optimal surface for paint adhesion. While this factory coat prepares the panel, paint manufacturers often require their own proprietary primers to validate paint warranties; therefore, applying an additional primer coat is optional and remains at the discretion of the client. Installation is fast and straightforward compared to heavy stone or plaster alternatives, requiring basic woodworking tools and standard mechanical fasteners.
