Window Surround

A window surround is a polyurethane element that wraps the edges of a window opening and emphasises the frame architecturally. On the facade it borders the window opening and gives the building a classical or plain character. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. Being far lighter than stone or plaster surrounds, it installs quickly on the facade and does not deform from rain or moisture. Because it is mould-cast, the surround section repeats identically on every piece. Polure produces window surrounds with side jamb, top crown and sill pieces in a range of sizes.
