The P1458 is a high-performance Poliüretan architectural profile engineered for both premium interior wall paneling and robust exterior window framing. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of European building standards, this multifunctional profile serves as a highly durable alternative to traditional plaster and wood millwork. Whether utilized as an external decorative frame (söve) to define building facades or as a prominent interior baseboard, it provides structural stability and clean geometric alignment to any modern or classical project.

In terms of physical dimensions, the P1458 features a generous face width of 161 mm, a robust thickness of 30 mm, and a standard length of 2400 mm. Manufactured with a high-density rating of 150-200 kg/m³, this rigid material possesses a density comparable to natural wood while remaining remarkably lightweight. Its closed-cell structure guarantees a water absorption rate of less than 1%, rendering it completely immune to moisture, rot, swelling, and insect infestation. Additionally, it maintains excellent dimensional stability across extreme temperature fluctuations ranging from -20°C to +80°C.

Visually, the profile is characterized by a sophisticated stepped design featuring three distinct flat surfaces separated by two parallel rectangular grooves. This clean-lined geometric profile creates a striking shadow play that adds depth and definition to both window borders and wall panels. The flat, pre-treated white surface allows for crisp transitions, making it highly adaptable to minimalist, industrial, or neoclassical architectural styles.

The application range for this profile is extensive. On exterior facades, it serves as a protective and decorative window or door surround, preventing water ingress while framing openings with architectural prominence. Indoors, its 161 mm height makes it an ideal choice for grand baseboards, decorative wall panels, or vertical door casings in high-traffic commercial spaces, hotels, and luxury residential projects.

For a permanent installation, the profile must be bonded using a high-quality poliüretan (PU) montaj yapıştırıcısı and secured mechanically with screws. The product is delivered with a factory-applied primer that optimizes the surface for final coating. However, because paint manufacturers do not guarantee paint adhesion without their brand-specific primers, applying an additional primer layer is optional and remains at the customer's discretion.
