Polyurethane Decorative Rafter

A polyurethane decorative rafter is a polyurethane element used to create the look of a wooden rafter under roofs and eaves. It is applied in rows to give a wooden roof texture under facade eaves and terraces. The polyurethane material is lightweight and mounted with mounting adhesive and mechanical fixing; it resists moisture and impact, will not crack, swell or split, and takes paint well. Unlike a real wooden rafter, it is unaffected by moisture, does not attract insects and does not rot in outdoor conditions; for this reason it requires little maintenance. Because it is mould-cast, the wood grain texture is identical on every piece, and when the rafters are arranged at equal intervals a regular eaves look is formed.
