Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane, this product features a substantial profile of 200 mm width, 250 mm height, and a generous length of 3000 mm. With a density of 150-200 kg/m³, it offers a wood-like surface hardness while remaining remarkably lightweight. Unlike natural timber, its closed-cell structure ensures water absorption is below 1%, preventing rot, swelling, warping, and insect infestation. Additionally, the material is self-extinguishing, offering improved fire safety compared to traditional wood and cheap EPS foam alternatives.

The visual detailing of the P1981E is exceptionally realistic. The surface showcases deep, rugged wood grains, authentic weathering cracks, and a detailed end-grain pattern that accurately mimics centuries-old hand-hewn oak or pine logs. This textured surface is pre-treated with a factory-applied primer, prepping it for custom finishes. Whether you choose to apply a rich wood stain, a realistic glaze, or a solid color, the texture reacts beautifully to highlight the rustic depth of the grain.

This architectural log is ideal for creating dramatic ceiling joists in high-ceilinged living rooms, mountain chalets, barn conversions, and cozy restaurant interiors. Because of its excellent dimensional stability and moisture resistance, it can also be safely installed in humid environments like indoor pools, covered patios, or wellness centers. Installation is straightforward and requires standard woodworking tools.
