polyurethane precast panel
A polyurethane precast panel is a polyurethane cladding element applied to a facade or wall surface to give a concrete or stone-textured appearance. It is produced in flat, stone-patterned or geometrically textured options and provides a precast-effect cladding on the surface. The panel is fixed directly to the surface with construction adhesive and screws. The polyurethane material resists moisture and outdoor weather conditions, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being far lighter than a concrete panel makes handling and installation easier and places no extra load on the structure. Since the panels are mould-produced, the dimensions and texture repeat identically on every piece, forming a continuous surface when placed side by side. Polure produces precast panels in different texture and size options.
