Compared to heavy plaster or moisture-sensitive MDF, the installation of these panels is fast and straightforward. They can be cut and mitered easily using standard woodworking hand or power tools. To mount, apply polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive to the back of the panel, press it onto a clean, dry surface, and secure it mechanically with screws. Although the factory-applied surface coating prepares the panel for paint, applying an additional paint-specific primer is optional but recommended to meet the warranty terms of your chosen paint manufacturer.

- Fill any joints and screw holes with a high-quality acrylic or polyurethane filler
- Once dry, sand the filled areas smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper
- The panel comes with a factory-applied primer; however, applying an additional primer recommended by your paint manufacturer is optional before applying two coats of high-quality water-based or synthetic paint
- For outdoor projects, a UV-resistant exterior paint is mandatory
- Maintenance is exceptionally simple
- For routine cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp microfiber cloth
- Avoid using harsh chemical solvents, high-pH cleaners, or abrasive scrubbing pads which could damage the paint finish
- For exterior installations, we recommend inspecting the paint coating annually to ensure the UV protection remains intact
- High-pressure water cleaning may be used from a safe distance, but aggressive scrubbing is not required
