The P3000D10 3D wall panel is an advanced architectural element designed to introduce volumetric depth and clean structure to plain surfaces. Engineered for high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, this large-scale cladding panel acts as a striking focal point. It transitions flat, uninspired walls into dynamic, sculptural installations, offering a modern alternative to traditional interior and exterior cladding systems.
Measuring 720 mm in width, 1460 mm in height, and boasting a substantial 100 mm thickness, this panel provides a literal three-dimensional relief. It is manufactured from rigid polyurethane with a high density of 150-200 kg/m³, delivering a solid, wood-like surface hardness that resists impacts and mechanical wear. Thanks to its closed-cell physical structure, the material absorbs virtually no moisture (less than 1%), preventing common issues such as rotting, swelling, warping, or mold growth, even in humid environments or outdoor installations.
Visually, the 10 cm deep geometric relief creates a sophisticated play of light and shadow, which can be further enhanced with strategic spotlighting. The product comes finished with a factory-applied white primer coat that prepares the surface for the final color. Please note that while this factory coat is designed to receive paint, most paint manufacturers require their own proprietary primers to validate their paint warranties. Consequently, applying an additional primer coat remains an optional choice for the installer. Polure does not accept liability for paint performance or adhesion failures.
Compared to traditional plaster or MDF, this high-density material is exceptionally lightweight, shatterproof, and significantly easier to transport and install. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings. For outdoor applications, finishing the panels with a high-quality, UV-resistant exterior paint is mandatory to prevent discoloration and maintain long-term aesthetic integrity over time.
- This deep-relief 3D panel is ideal for creating high-impact feature walls in spacious environments
- Indoors, it is highly recommended for luxury hotel lobbies, reception backdrops, restaurant dining areas, executive boardrooms, and modern residential living rooms—especially as a TV surround or accent wall
- Outdoors, the panel can be utilized to embellish building facades, entrance portals, or balcony dividers
- Because of its 100 mm depth, the panel interacts beautifully with both natural sunlight and artificial architectural lighting, making it perfect for areas where shadow and texture play a key role in the design concept
- Ensure the installation surface is dry, level, and free of dust
- Measure the wall and plan the layout carefully
- Apply a generous amount of polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive to the back of the panel
- Press the panel firmly against the wall and secure it mechanically with screws to ensure long-term structural stability
- Fill all screw holes and joint seams with a high-quality acrylic or exterior-grade joint filler
- Once dry, sand the filled areas smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper
- Apply an optional paint-specific primer if desired, followed by two coats of water-based or synthetic paint (UV-resistant paint is mandatory for all outdoor applications)
- Maintenance is simple due to the non-porous, moisture-resistant surface of the material
- Periodically wipe the panels with a soft, damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent if necessary
- Avoid using harsh acidic, alkaline, or highly abrasive chemical cleaners, as these can damage the paint finish
- The high-density structure ensures the panels will not crack, chip, or decay
- If the surface is accidentally damaged or scuffed over time, it can easily be repaired with standard filler, sanded, and repainted
