The P3000D15 is a high-density polymer wall cladding element engineered to introduce bold structural depth and refined modern geometry to flat surfaces. With an impressive thickness of 150 mm, this architectural panel creates a genuine sculptural relief that flat wall coverings or standard panels simply cannot emulate. It serves as a striking focal feature, instantly elevating plain architectural spaces into highly sophisticated environments.
Manufactured from premium rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-200 kg/m³, the panel offers a solid, wood-like hardness while remaining remarkably lightweight. It measures 720 mm in width and 1460 mm in height, making it highly suitable for large-scale installations. The material is highly stable, resisting contraction, expansion, or warping, and performs reliably under temperature variations ranging from -20°C to +80°C. With a closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is under 1%, making it completely rot-proof and moisture-resistant.
Visually, the panel features a sequence of staggered, thick rectangular blocks that generate a dynamic play of light and shadow. The crisp, clean edges and perfectly flat surfaces provide a sleek, minimalist aesthetic that complements contemporary, cubist, or neo-classical designs. This modular system allows multiple units to be aligned seamlessly, forming continuous geometric patterns across expansive surfaces.
The application possibilities are extensive, ranging from premium commercial lobbies, luxury hotel reception areas, and high-end restaurant backdrops to residential feature walls, TV surrounds, and bed headboards. Thanks to its superior weather resistance, it can also be used as an exterior cladding accent on building facades, provided it is finished with a UV-resistant topcoat.
Installing these panels is exceptionally efficient compared to heavy gypsum or stone alternatives. The process involves preparing a flat, clean substrate, applying a polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive to the back, and securing the panel mechanically with screws. After filling the joints and screw holes with a suitable filler and sanding with 180-220 grit sandpaper, the surface is ready for coating. The factory-applied primer prepares the surface beautifully, though applying an additional paint-specific primer remains optional and at the customer's discretion according to their paint manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
- This deep geometric panel is highly versatile, designed for both interior accentuation and exterior facade enhancement
- In residential settings, it acts as an excellent feature wall behind entertainment systems, an alternative to traditional headboards in master bedrooms, or a striking entrance hall cladding
- In commercial spaces, it provides an upscale backdrop for office receptions, boutique retail walls, hotel lobbies, and luxury restaurant dining areas
- When used outdoors, it serves as a spectacular facade highlight, accentuating building entrances, modern villas, or commercial storefronts when coated with UV-protective paint
- Ensure the application surface is clean, dry, and flat
- Due to the 150 mm depth of the P3000D15, plan your layout carefully before mounting
- Apply high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive generously to the back of the panel
- Press the panel firmly against the wall and secure it mechanically with screws to ensure long-term structural safety
- Fill the joint lines and screw heads using a high-quality exterior-grade acrylic filler
- Once dry, sand the filled areas smooth using 180-220 grit sandpaper
- While the factory primer prepares the surface, applying a paint-specific primer prior to painting is optional but recommended by paint manufacturers
- Finish with two coats of water-based or synthetic paint (UV-resistant paint is mandatory for all outdoor applications)
- Maintenance is exceptionally straightforward
- For indoor installations, occasionally dust the surfaces or wipe with a damp, soft cloth
- For outdoor facades, the panels can be washed down with low-pressure water annually
- Avoid using highly abrasive scrubbing pads or aggressive chemical solvents that could degrade the paint layer
- In the event of mechanical impact damage, the surface can be easily repaired with standard joint filler, sanded smooth, and touched up with matching paint
