Polyurethane Patterned Corner Molding for Wall Paneling

The P82009A classic relief corner element is designed to seamlessly join decorative wall paneling and framing profiles. This high-density architectural ornament provides a luxurious transition for wall moldings, eliminating the need for complex miter cuts at difficult angles while elevating the structural aesthetic of any room. It serves as a focal point that ties together vertical and horizontal framing lines with historical elegance.

Crafted from premium rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³, this ornament offers the solid feel and durability of traditional hardwood without the excessive weight. Measuring 300x300 mm with a robust 30 mm depth, the corner piece features a closed-cell structural composition that limits water absorption to under 1%. It maintains exceptional dimensional stability within a temperature range of -20 °C / +70 °C, ensuring it will not warp, shrink, or crack over time.

The visual composition of this corner piece is highly detailed, showcasing a central acanthus-style shell motif embraced by symmetrical cornucopia scrolls and delicate leaf relief carvings. These intricate features bridge perpendicular molding tracks, concealing joint seams with a rich, three-dimensional baroque texture. The factory-applied primer coat provides a perfectly smooth surface that is ready for final custom coloring.

This versatile decorative element is ideal for high-end residential spaces such as living rooms, master suites, and dining halls, as well as hospitality environments including hotel lobbies, boutique corridors, and upscale restaurants. Thanks to its moisture resistance and thermal stability, it can also be safely applied to protected outdoor facades to frame doors, windows, or ceiling cornices, provided it is finished with a UV-resistant topcoat.

Installing this lightweight ornament is significantly faster and cleaner than working with fragile plaster or rot-prone wood. Secure the piece to a clean, dry wall using a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive, and reinforce it with mechanical screws while the adhesive cures. Once set, fill any gaps or screw holes with premium filler, sand lightly with fine sandpaper, and apply your choice of water-based or synthetic paint to complete the installation.

The P82009A ornament represents a smart, low-maintenance investment for architects and interior designers seeking historical grandeur with modern durability. It offers impact resistance and good protection against rot while retaining its crisp, hand-carved appearance with minimal upkeep.
