Polyurethane Decorative Patterned Corner Moulding

The P85008C decorative corner moulding is an exceptional architectural element designed to bring structure and classical refinement to your walls and ceilings. Specifically engineered to seamlessly integrate with linear wall trims, this corner piece eliminates the need for complex miter cuts while introducing an artistic focal point. Whether you are creating traditional wall panels (boiserie) or framing a ceiling accent, this component provides a clean, professional transition that elevates the overall interior composition.

Manufactured from high-grade rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³, this ornament offers the structural density and solid feel of natural hardwood without its inherent vulnerabilities. Assess water and moisture exposure using the product technical data, surface finish and installation details. This makes it highly stable against moisture, preventing warping, swelling, or rotting even in humid environments like bathrooms, kitchens, or outdoor architectural installations.

Visually, the P85008C is defined by its ornate classical detailing. The design showcases an elegant baroque-inspired scroll that sweeps gracefully into a delicate spiral flourish at the outer edge. The inner curve is accented with deep, crisp fluting and ribbed details that catch light beautifully, creating dynamic shadows that enhance the depth of your wall framing. These precise, factory-molded details remain sharp and distinct, offering a level of definition that manual plastering cannot replicate.

This versatile corner trim is perfect for a wide array of design applications. In residential spaces, it serves beautifully to frame accent walls behind sofas or TV units, define elegant headboard frames in bedrooms, or add character to entryways and hallways. In commercial settings such as hotels, boutiques, and fine dining restaurants, it creates a luxurious, sophisticated ambiance. Thanks to its weather-resistant properties, it can also be utilized on exterior facades to frame windows or decorative panels, provided it is finished with a UV-resistant coating.

Installation is straightforward and efficient compared to heavy plaster alternatives. The lightweight nature of the material ensures easy handling and secure bonding. For a permanent installation, apply a premium polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive to the rear surface and mechanically secure the piece with fine brad nails or screws. While the factory-applied primer prepares the surface for painting, applying an additional primer recommended by your specific paint manufacturer is optional but highly recommended to ensure full paint warranty coverage. Finish with water-based or synthetic paints to match your decor.
