A wood look log is a decorative polyurethane element produced in log form with a bark and grain texture on its surface. It is used to create a log ceiling or as a decorative element in rustic spaces. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell, and can be painted. Compared with a real wood log, it does not rot, attract insects, or split, and being much lighter it makes high-level installation easier.
