Exterior facade batten panelling is a decorative surface arrangement made by forming panels and frames on the facade with batten profiles. Slim-section polyurethane battens divide the facade into panels with vertical and horizontal lines and add a shadow line to the surface. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed directly with facade adhesive; it resists moisture, frost and UV exposure, does not crack or swell and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Compared with its wood equivalent it is unaffected by moisture, does not rot and needs no maintenance. Polure produces profiles in different widths and sizes for exterior facade batten panelling using moulds, so section consistency is preserved across repeated panel lines.
