Exterior Pilaster

Polure exterior pilasters bring timeless architectural dignity to building facades, entrance portals, and exterior wall framing. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), each pilaster offers wood-like mechanical durability and impact resistance without adding structural weight. Featuring a closed-cell structure with less than 1% water absorption, the profile will not swell, rot, or warp when exposed to severe rain, humidity, or extreme thermal variations between -100 °C / +80 °C. Rated fire class B2, the component arrives factory-treated with a white acrylic primer ready for custom finishing. Designed as decorative non-load-bearing hollow elements, they must enclose internal structural supports if load bearing is needed. Secure installation requires continuous PU assembly adhesive along rear contact surfaces paired with countersunk mechanical screws, followed by acrylic joint filling and light sanding prior to applying UV-resistant exterior paint.
