Classic window decoration is the polyurethane version of classical decorative detailing applied around windows. It is used to enrich the area around a window with elements such as an overhead crown, side surround detailing and a lower corbel. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, will not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Because it can also be used on exterior facades, it is unaffected by rain and moisture; being lighter than plaster and stone detailing, it is easy to install.
