window casing

Window casing is a polyurethane element that wraps the edges of a window opening and emphasises the frame architecturally. On the facade it borders the window opening, gives the building a classical or plain character, and consists of side profiles, a top crown and a bottom sill. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. Being far lighter than a stone casing, it installs quickly on the facade and does not deform from rain or moisture. Because it is mould-cast, the casing section is identical on every piece.
