polyurethane carved panel

A polyurethane carved panel is a decorative panel element whose surface is ornamented with carved patterns. It is used on large surfaces such as wall cladding, partitions, headboards and cabinet backs to achieve a carved look. Polyurethane is lightweight and fixed to the surface with construction adhesive or screws; it is resistant to moisture and impact, is insect-proof, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Being lightweight and moisture-resistant compared with wood carved panels, it makes single-person installation possible even on large surfaces. Since it is mould-cast, the carving details repeat on every panel and the panels can be joined side by side. Polure produces carved panels in a range of sizes and patterns.
