Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane, this product possesses a dense, wood-like hardness with a density rating of 150-200 kg/m³. This material composition ensures exceptional resistance to mechanical impacts, making it highly suitable for high-traffic zones. Unlike plaster or MDF alternatives, this rigid polymer features a closed-cell structural composition with water absorption rates below 1%, ensuring it will not warp, swell, rot, or harbor mold when exposed to moisture. It remains highly stable across a wide temperature range from -20°C to +80°C.

Visually, the P9135B profile presents a clean, symmetrical design that lends itself to modular wall layouts. The 270 mm width and 26 mm depth provide a distinct shadow line and a commanding presence on the wall. The product arrives with a factory-applied primer coat, providing a smooth surface ready for finishing. While this base coat prepares the surface for paint adhesion, applying an additional primer prior to the final coats is optional and remains at the discretion of the installer, in line with the specific paint manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

This architectural paneling is highly versatile, finding its place in premium residential projects as bedroom headboard backdrops, dining room wainscoting, or living room media wall framing. Installing the P9135B is significantly faster and cleaner than working with traditional heavy plaster. The lightweight profiles are easily cut at 45-degree angles using standard woodworking tools. Securing the panels requires a combination of high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive and mechanical screws for structural stability. Once fixed, the joints and screw heads are treated with joint filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper, and finished with two coats of water-based or synthetic paint.
