Polyurethane rustic decoration is an interior cladding style created with polyurethane decorative elements that imitate the look of rough wood and natural materials. It covers polyurethane parts with the appearance of wooden beams, logs and natural texture; they are used as ceiling beams, columns and wall cladding in farmhouses, cafes and rustic-style spaces. Because wood grain and texture are worked into the surface of the polyurethane material, it resembles real wood; yet it is lightweight and applied to the ceiling or wall with construction adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister, is not attacked by insects and is unaffected by moisture; in this respect it is advantageous over real wood.
