Rubber Beam Strap with Rivets 4 cm

Rubber Beam Strap PKB40G is a specialized decorative joint cover engineered to mask seams and transitions across ceiling beams, rafters, and faux timber profiles. Manufactured from flexible rubber, this architectural strap provides an authentic forged iron aesthetic, making it an essential finishing element for high-end rustic and historic interior layouts.

Featuring precise dimensions of 2x1040x40 mm with a 2 mm profile thickness, a 1040 mm length, and a 40 mm width, this strap wraps seamlessly around various beam circumferences. The high-grade rubber construction delivers remarkable flexibility alongside natural moisture and water resistance, reducing the risk of corrosion, cracking, or surface decay in challenging environments.

The strap showcases an antique black and silver finish enriched with an embossed forged iron texture and raised industrial rivet accents. These tactile details replicate traditional hand-forged blacksmith hardware, offering structural depth and rustic character to polyurethane and natural wood installations without adding structural dead weight.

Suitable for both residential and commercial spaces, the strap is widely specified in boutique hotel lobbies, rustic dining halls, alpine chalets, wine cellars, and vaulted living rooms. It can be applied indoors as well as in sheltered outdoor settings to bind overhead timber spans or embellish decorative ceiling frameworks.

Installation is straightforward using polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive, which bonds the flexible profile firmly around beam contours without requiring complex mechanical anchors. Unlike heavy cast iron straps that are difficult to cut and prone to rusting, this rubber alternative cuts easily with standard shears and conforms perfectly to irregular profiles.

Developed for architects, interior designers, and professional contractors, the PKB40G strap delivers consistent reproduction of artisanal ironwork with rapid site installation, making it an efficient solution for large-scale timber detailing projects.
