By offering a standardized curved segment, it eliminates the labor-intensive process of crafting curved plaster or timber on-site, providing a reliable and uniform solution for architects and builders.

Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), this element offers the structural hardness of wood while remaining significantly lighter. With dimensions of 27 mm in thickness, a span of 1125 mm, and a rise of 220 mm, it is perfectly scaled for standard door and window openings. The closed-cell structure ensures a water absorption rate of under 1%, making the product completely waterproof and immune to rot, swelling, or insect damage. It maintains its dimensional stability across a broad temperature range of -20°C to +80°C without warping or cracking.

Visually, the profile features a subtle stepped S-curve that transitions elegantly into a flat central plane, bordered by a delicate raised bead. This minimalist yet defined contour adds depth to arched walls, curved ceilings, or window frames without overwhelming the space. The factory-applied primer creates a smooth, receptive surface that is ready for final painting, ensuring excellent paint adhesion and a flawless finish.

While the factory primer prepares the surface, applying an additional primer is optional and depends on the specific guidelines of your chosen paint manufacturer. Once installed, joint lines and screw heads are easily filled, sanded with 180-220 grit sandpaper, and finished with two coats of water-based or synthetic paint.
