Polure polyurethane columns supply architects and interior designers with durable, lightweight, and versatile architectural pillar solutions. Engineered from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), these columns provide authentic stone or timber appearance with wood-like physical resilience. Closed-cell construction keeps water absorption strictly under 1%, preventing rot, swelling, mold, and insect decay in exterior facades and humid interiors. Resistant across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C, they carry a B2 fire safety classification for self-extinguishing security. Pre-treated with factory white acrylic technical primer, installation entails continuous PU assembly adhesive on joining ends paired with mechanical countersunk screws. Fill joint seams and screw holes with acrylic putty, sand smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and paint with topcoat paint.
