The Polure decorative pilaster elevates interior walls and exterior facades by adding flat vertical column relief with classical framing details. Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), this architectural element provides wood-like strength and sharp detail without heavy wall loading. Featuring a closed-cell composition with under 1% water absorption, it will not rot, swell, warp, or harbor mold in humid indoor areas like bathrooms or outdoors in rain and snow. Maintaining structural integrity across temperatures from -100 °C / +80 °C and rated B2 for fire safety, it is pre-coated with a white acrylic primer. Installation is achieved by applying a continuous bead of polyurethane assembly adhesive on wall contact faces, securing with countersunk screws, filling joints with acrylic filler, sanding with 180-220 grit, and painting with topcoat.
