Arched window ornamentation consists of polyurethane ornamental pieces applied around windows with curved top edges. The medallion (keystone) placed on the arch face, edge profile mouldings and relief motifs are the main types of this ornamentation. They are used on classic facades to emphasise and frame the arched window. The polyurethane material is light, and because the ornamental pieces are mould-produced the motif repeats on every piece; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint.
