Polyurethane Decorative Round Arch Frame with Keystone

The P1456D135VIB round arch frame is a premium architectural element designed to frame doorways, windows, and main passageways with historical elegance. Featuring a grand semi-circular curve and an ornate acanthus leaf keystone at its apex, this decorative structural element instantly elevates the architectural value of any building. It serves as a sophisticated alternative to heavy stone or fragile plaster arches, delivering both durability and ease of handling.

Engineered from rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³, this arch frame provides the physical resilience of hardwood while remaining remarkably lightweight. With a generous width of 1750 mm, a height of 944 mm, and a deep profile of 211 mm, it offers a substantial three-dimensional presence on both interior walls and exterior facades. The closed-cell structure of the material offers strong resistance to moisture and rot, making it highly reliable in all climate conditions.

Visually, the product showcases a flawless, smooth-curved profile that contrasts beautifully with the highly detailed, classical floral scroll on the central keystone. This balance of clean lines and intricate ornamentation allows the arch to integrate seamlessly into traditional, neoclassical, or eclectic architectural styles, adding depth, shadow lines, and structural character to flat surfaces.

In terms of application, this arch is highly versatile. On exterior facades, it serves as an impressive window pediment or entrance header for luxury villas and estates. Indoors, it can be used to define transitions between grand hallways, living rooms, or hotel lobbies, creating a sense of flow and scale. It is also an excellent decorative choice for framing deep wall niches or highlighting classical fireplace mantels.

The arch frame comes pre-finished with a factory-applied primer that prepares the surface for painting. While this layer facilitates paint adhesion, applying an additional primer remains optional and is subject to the recommendation of your chosen paint manufacturer for warranty purposes. For a secure installation, the segments must be mounted using a high-quality polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive and reinforced with mechanical screws, followed by a final coat of UV-resistant paint to protect the material from sunlight exposure.
