Ceiling Beam Elements

Ceiling beam elements is the general name for the polyurethane pieces used in a decorative ceiling beam application, such as beam bodies, corner pieces, end caps and mounting supports. It refers collectively to all the parts of a beam layout and is used to create a properly aligned, finished beam look on the ceiling. It is preferred on living room, hallway, cafe and restaurant ceilings. The polyurethane elements are lightweight and the hollow bodies place no load-bearing weight; they are fixed directly to the ceiling with mounting adhesive or a support. They resist moisture and impact, do not crack, swell, warp or attract insects, and can be painted. They are lighter than wood and unaffected by moisture. Because they are mould-produced, the cross-section and texture of all pieces match each other. Polure manufactures ceiling beam elements in matching cross-sections and textures.
