Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane, the product features a dense closed-cell structure with a density of 150-200 kg/m³. This specific material composition ensures wood-like hardness and extreme resistance to physical impact while remaining exceptionally lightweight compared to heavy gypsum plaster or stone alternatives. Measuring 543x543x420 mm, it is perfectly suited for large-scale residential and commercial projects. The capital maintains structural integrity across a wide temperature range from -20°C to +80°C and absorbs less than 1% water, preventing rot, warping, or swelling over time.

The product comes with a factory-applied matte white primer that prepares the surface for final painting. While this base layer facilitates paint adhesion, paint manufacturers often require their own specific primers to honor their paint warranties; therefore, applying an additional primer layer remains optional and is left to the installer's discretion. For a secure installation, clean the surface, apply polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive, and secure the capital mechanically using screws. Fill any joint lines with appropriate filler, sand gently, and apply two coats of paint.
