A polyurethane beam end is a polyurethane piece used at the point where a decorative polyurethane beam terminates, closing the beam section or forming an end detail. It is used to close the open inner cavity where the beam meets the wall, or to give a hewn end look. It provides cohesion in living room and ceiling beam applications. The polyurethane material is light and is applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted.
