Wood Look Beam

A wood look beam is a hollow polyurethane profile with a wood texture and grain surface, used as a decorative beam on ceilings. Mounted to the ceiling, it creates the look of a wood beam in rustic and country styles; it is decorative rather than a real load-bearing element. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied to the ceiling with construction adhesive or a concealed mounting system; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell, and can be painted. Unlike real wood, it does not rot, attract insects, and is much lighter, making ceiling installation easier. Because it is mold-produced, the wood texture repeats identically on every piece.
