decorative half column

A decorative half column is a polyurethane column element that rests against the wall with half of its shaft projecting outward. It is used at door sides, in niches and on facade surfaces to give a classical column look without the full projection of a complete column. It is applied in parts as shaft, capital and base. The polyurethane body is lighter than stone and concrete and is applied directly to the wall with construction adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted in any colour. Being light, it adds no extra load to the wall and installs quickly.
