Cut or adjust adjoining decorative elements with a 45-degree mitre where required, apply polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive, and secure the piece with mandatory mechanical fixing using suitable screws and anchors. Fill joints and fixing points, sand with 180-220 grit abrasive, apply primer when selected for the paint system, and finish with two coats of paint. Additional primer is optional, but paint manufacturers may not provide a warranty for surfaces painted without their recommended primer; Polure does not warrant third-party paint systems.
